Sample & Bulk Customization Process
We undertake that all incoming drawings are subject to a default NDA agreement.
Drawing / Physical Sample Alignment
A. Flat Parts: Please provide drawings in both CAD and PDF formats. CAD files may display deviations when opened with different software versions; the PDF copy is used for drawing verification.
B. 3D Parts: Please supply 3D files, CAD drawings and PDF drawings. 3D files fully demonstrate the complex structure of products.
C. Mating Parts: We can perform reverse engineering drawing based on samples you provide. Please note that the generated drawings may differ from your actual applicable specifications, and timely communication and confirmation will be required.

Process & Workflow
Based on your product requirements, we will define the manufacturing process, design production drawings, plan the processing workflow, and select materials and supporting services. Optimization suggestions will be provided leveraging our industry experience during this phase. Materials can be supplied by us or sourced by the customer.

Quotation & Transaction
A. Upon completion of the process and material feasibility assessment, we will provide the quotation and lead time promptly.
B. Flexible order quantity, orders are accepted starting from a single piece. The quotation covers material cost, processing cost, freight, insurance and taxes, with specific charges subject to your selected Incoterms.

Production Control
Based on product specifications and process plans, we will formulate production schedules, implement process control and fixture arrangement. A dedicated project contact will be assigned for custom special products. Any production abnormality will be reported promptly to guarantee quality and lead time.

Quality Inspection
The company is equipped with a full set of inspection equipment and can arrange third-party inspection services. We conduct full-scope inspections covering material, dimension, performance, appearance and other aspects in accordance with product requirements.

Product Packaging
Custom packaging solutions are developed according to product characteristics. Available options include blister packs, custom cartons, heat-treated wooden crates (non-fumigated) and other packaging types.
