1. Process advantage Non-contact photochemical machining introduces no mechanical stress and heat-affected zones. Smooth channel walls free from laser slag or stamping tears. Controllable surface roughness delivers stable fluid flow, consistent pressure drop and minimized turbulence & fouling. Ultra-thin foils maintain excellent flatness after etching without warpage.
2. Design flexibility Multi-parallel channels, inlet/outlet manifolds, collecting grooves and sealing lands are formed in one panel. Variable step depths allow mixed shallow & deep channel structures on a single part. Custom channel cross-sections, corners and split junctions, irregular outlines and isolated fluid circuits can be realized without secondary assembly.
3. Supply capability Parts are optimized for diffusion bonding, vacuum brazing and laser welding for reliable stacked sealing. DFM design review available upfront to optimize geometry and reduce cost. We support low-volume lab prototypes up to reel-to-reel high-volume production with tight batch-to-batch repeatability.
